- Perform general tasks in the absence of junior staff.
- Ability to delegate bank reconciliation tasks to junior accountants.
- Support the team in depositing checks.
- Perform tasks related to the treasurer to cover for the absence of any team member when delegated.
- Take responsibility for handling petty cash when no team member is present.
- Any other tasks assigned by a manager.
- Ensure employee attendance is updated on the HR software.
- Support the CFO in aspects of payroll accounting as delegated.
- Extract attendance summaries of hired labor/projects on a case-by-case basis to the base of accounts.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA.
- At least 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience in financial reporting requirements.
